40:20-32. Conduct of election All elections held under the provisions of sections 40:20-20 to 40:20-35 of this title shall be conducted in accordance with the laws relating to elections, and the votes shall be counted, returned, certified, canvassed and declared in the manner provided by such laws for elections for county officers.
