40:20-20a. Terms of additional members In any county in which 2 additional members are to be elected to the board of chosen freeholders as required by this amendatory and supplementary act, the terms of office of said additional members shall be 3 years, except that of said additional members first to be elected, one shall be for a term of 2 years and one shall be for a term of 3 years.
