40:14B-56. Reports by water distributors within district Each county, municipality and other person owning or operating any system of water distribution serving 3 or more parcels of real property in the district shall, from time to time after request therefor by the municipal authority, deliver to the municipal authority copies of the records made by it in the regular course of business of the amount of water supplied by it to every such parcel of real property in the district. Such copies shall be delivered to the municipal authority within 60 days after the making of such records, and the municipal authority shall pay the reasonable cost of preparation and delivery of such copies.
