4:9-15.29. Deficiency; penalty prescribed by regulation If an official report of a sample analysis shows that a commercial fertilizer or soil conditioner is deficient beyond the investigational allowance as established by regulation in any constituents guaranteed pursuant to paragraph 10(c)(3) of this act, the penalties prescribed by regulation adopted by the State Board of Agriculture shall be applicable.
