4:9-15.12. Customer formulated mix; label requirements A customer formulated mix shall be designated "customer formulated mix" and, in lieu of the requirements of sections 10 and 11 of this act, shall be labeled to show the net weight, guaranteed analysis, and the name and address of the licensee and the customer.
