4:8B-11. Act not to limit powers of State Department of Health or State Commissioner of Health Nothing contained herein shall in any way be construed to alter, limit or repeal any of the functions, powers and duties of the State Department of Health or the State Commissioner of Health, as otherwise provided by law.
