4:8-17.21. State seed analyst; agents The State Board of Agriculture shall appoint a State Seed Analyst and such other agents as may be deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1963, c. 29, s. 9. Amended by L.1968, c. 198, s. 3, eff. July 19, 1968.
