4:7-56. Selling manure containing Canada thistle; misdemeanor A person who shall knowingly and willfully sell any manure containing any Canada thistle, or seeds of the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to the fine and imprisonment as provided in section 4:7-55 of this title.
