4:5-93.43. Recovery of penalty; enforcement of imprisonment Any penalty imposed for a violation of any provision of this act shall be sued for and recovered, and the imprisonment, if any, imposed, in any action brought by and in the name of the Secretary of Agriculture in the manner provided by article two of chapter twenty-three of Title 4 of the Revised Statutes (Secs. 4:23-11 et seq.).
