4:5-93.37. Imported animals; conditions; indemnity No indemnity shall be paid on animals which have been imported into the State unless the following conditions shall have been met: (a) the animal shall have been imported into the State in accordance with the rules and regulations of the board covering such importation, (b) the animal shall have been added to the herd under a plan of the division calling for payment of indemnities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the board covering such herd additions, and (c) the animal shall have been owned and maintained within the State for at least sixty days prior to the test showing a positive reaction.
