4:5-75.3. Rules and regulations The Department of Agriculture is authorized to make and enforce rules and regulations for the arrest and eradication of foot-and-mouth disease, establish quarantines, and order the immediate slaughter of infected animals and animals which have been exposed to but are not affected with the disease.
