4:5-43. Interference with test or mark of identification No person shall treat any cattle with a material or substance for the purpose of interfering with a tuberculin test or with a reaction to a tuberculin test, or shall interfere in any way with a representative of the department who is making or assisting with a tuberculin test or shall alter or change an ear tag or other mark of identification for the purpose of concealing the identity of any cattle or shall otherwise attempt to interfere with the identification of any cattle.
