4:5-20. Expense of inspection and tests If the owner of such animals shall agree to comply with and carry out the regulations of the Department of Agriculture relating to the removal from the herd and quarantine and disposal of condemned animals, the disinfection of the premises and the introduction into the herd of other animals, the expense of the inspection and tests shall be borne by the department.
