4:5-2. Diseases not specifically designated All powers and duties conferred upon the board with reference to a specific contagious or infectious disease of animals or poultry, the board shall have and perform with reference to any other such disease not specifically referred to in this chapter but determined by the board to be a contagious or infectious disease of animals or poultry.
