4:5-104. Co-operation with federal agencies The department may co-operate with the bureau of animal industry of the United States department of agriculture in any general national system which may be adopted by such bureau for the prevention of the spread of European fowl pest or any other contagious, infectious or communicable disease of poultry, and its eradication in the United States and its territories.
