4:27-16 Management practices for control of soil erosion, sedimentation. 16. The State Soil Conservation Committee in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection and the Aquaculture Advisory Council, shall develop, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), management practices for control of soil erosion and sedimentation for aquacultural systems.
