4:24-24. Amendment, etc., of regulations Any owner of land within such district may at any time file a petition with the supervisors asking that any or all of the land-use regulations adopted by the supervisors under the provisions of this article shall be amended, supplemented, or repealed. Land-use regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of this article shall not be amended, supplemented, or repealed except in accordance with the procedure prescribed in this article for adoption of land-use regulations.
