4:16-31. Demonstration farms on state institutional lands A branch agricultural demonstration farm or an extension of the system of scientific farming may be established on any lands owned by the state in whole or in part for charitable or correctional purposes and the labor of convicts or others located thereon may be utilized in connection with the work.
