4:16-11. Investigation of biology of sewage disposal The experiment station shall conduct an investigation of the biology of sewage disposal, to the end that more effective methods of sewage purification may be discovered and applied to the purification of sewage in this state, and may expend for such purpose such sums as shall be included in any appropriation act.
