4:12-13. Posting schedule of prices The secretary may require a proprietor of a milk gathering station to post in a conspicuous place therein a schedule of the prices being paid for milk or cream, including the premiums paid or deductions made, if any, for milk or cream containing milk fat either in excess of or in lesser amount than the agreed standard.
