3B:23-23. Letters of trusteeship required before transfer to trustee It shall be unlawful for any fiduciary to transfer, pay over or distribute any devise, distributive share or part of the estate or trust in the possession or under the control of the fiduciary to a testamentary trustee or substituted testamentary trustee until letters of trusteeship shall have been issued to the testamentary trustee or substituted testamentary trustee.
