39:8-21. Disorderly persons offenses Any person who shall display or cause or permit to be displayed any sign, mark, or advertisement as a private inspection center when a license has not been issued by the director or is not then in effect, or who shall transfer or attempt to transfer a private inspection center license is a disorderly person.
