39:6-50. Enforcement of act; rules and regulations; review (a) The director shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act and may make rules and regulations necessary for the administration thereof and shall provide for hearings upon request of persons aggrieved by orders or acts of the director under the provisions of this act. (b) Any order or act of the director, under the provisions of this act, shall be subject to review by a proceeding in lieu of the prerogative writs. L.1952, c. 173, p. 568, s. 28.
