39:5-30.15. Responsibility of director 4. The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall be responsible for the receipt of all reports of drug offense convictions submitted to this State by federal courts, courts of any other state, or courts of the District of Columbia. L.1993,c.296,s.4.
