39:4-50.21a Ignition interlock device installation, appropriate factual basis. 7. Nothing in P.L.2023, c.191 (C.39:4-50.21a et al.) shall be construed to preclude the installation of an ignition interlock device for a violation of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes under the appropriate factual basis.
