39:4-14.3s. Rules and regulations The director shall have the authority to promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1983, c. 105, s. 19.
