39:4-14.3a. Retail sales; conformance of bicycles to act and regulations No person engaged in the business of selling motorized bicycles at retail shall sell or offer to sell any motorized bicycle unless such motorized bicycle is in conformity with this act and regulations promulgated hereunder by the director.
