39:3-76.2k. Informational booklet; availability to public The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall develop a booklet containing information on the benefits of wearing safety seat belt systems. The booklet shall be made available upon request to the general public. L.1984, c. 179, s. 7, eff. March 1, 1985.
