39:3-29.9. Rules and regulations The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall promulgate, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as he considers necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1980, c. 47, s. 8.
