39:3-27.138. Memorandum of agreement 8. The director and officials of the Rewards for Justice Fund shall enter into a memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by the division and the Rewards for Justice Fund in carrying out the provisions of this act. L.2002,c.52,s.8.
