39:3-27.110 Contribution to offset initial costs. 4. The Deborah Heart and Lung Center shall contribute monies in an amount to be determined by the director, not to exceed $50,000, to be used to offset the initial costs incurred by the division pursuant to section 5 of this act. Any amount remaining after the payment of the initial costs shall be deposited in the "Deborah Hospital Foundation Fund," created pursuant to section 3 of this act. L.1999,c.354,s.4.
