39:3-27.105 Interagency memorandum of agreement. 14. The board of trustees of the Meadowlands Conservation Trust created pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1999, c.31 (C.13:17-90), the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles, and the State Treasurer shall develop and enter into an interagency memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by those parties in carrying out their respective responsibilities under sections 9 through 14 of P.L.1999, c.31 (C.39:3-27.100 through C.39:3-27.105).
