39:3-10f2 Release, disclosure of licensee's picture prohibited; exceptions. 16. Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.) or any other law to the contrary, a licensee's picture shall not be released or otherwise disclosed by the director, except, subject to the approval of the director, for use by a governmental agency, including any court or law enforcement agency in carrying out its functions, or, subject to the approval of the director, for use by any private person or entity acting on behalf of a federal, State or local agency in carrying out its functions.
