39:2-13. Medical advisory panel There is hereby created in the Division of Motor Vehicles a special study and advisory panel to be known as the medical Advisory Panel consisting of physicians licensed to practice medicine and surgery (including physicians specialty-board certified in internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, physical medicine, and ophthalmology), licensed optometrists, and officials of the division supervising motor vehicle driver licensing.
