39:12-9. Renewal no bar to revocation or suspension 9. Notwithstanding the renewal of a license, the director may revoke or suspend such license or endorsement for causes and violations, as prescribed by this act, occurring during any prior license period. L.1951,c.216,s.9; amended 1991,c.452,s.11.
