38A:8-1. Organization and composition The Naval Militia may be organized, maintained and disbanded at the discretion of the Governor under applicable Federal laws and regulations. The Naval Militia shall consist of such organizations and units of the Naval Reserve of the United States as may be prescribed by the Governor and shall be composed of officers and enlisted men who meet the qualifications for membership in such Naval Reserve and are so enrolled therein.
