38A:3-6.15. Duties of Veterans' Memorial Cemetery Advisory Council - Arneytown Subject to the provisions of this act and under general policies established by the Adjutant General, the New Jersey Veterans' Memorial Cemetery Advisory Council-Arneytown shall: a. Recommend standards and procedures for application and determination of eligibility for interment in the veterans' cemetery; and b. Advise the Adjutant General regarding operating policies and procedures as they apply to veterans' family members, funeral directors, and the relationship of the veterans' cemetery with the other veterans' facilities.
