38A:3-32 Definitions applicable to sections 12 through 16. 12. As used in sections 12 through 16 of this act: "Vietnam veteran" means a resident of this State who: a. served in the Armed Forces of the United States in Southeast Asia in the Vietnam conflict and received a Vietnam Service Ribbon or an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; b. was honorably discharged or generally discharged under honorable conditions; and c. has been domiciled in New Jersey on April 9, 1985, for a period of not less than two consecutive years, exclusive of any time spent on active duty.
