38A:3-1a. Refer to Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs Whenever any statute shall refer to the Department of Defense or the Department of Veterans' Affairs and Defense, the same shall mean the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs. L. 1988, c. 138, s. 33.
