38A:12-4. Construction costs 38A:12-4. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State is authorized to make application for, and accept from, the federal government, or any agency thereof, a grant of money to pay part, or all of the cost of constructing armories or other military and veterans' facilities. There shall be appropriated to the State Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs from time to time, such sums as may be necessary to meet the State's share, or the entire cost of such construction, when included in any annual or supplemental appropriation act.
