34:1B-7.9. Prepayment at discount The New Jersey Economic Development Authority, as successor to the New Jersey State Area Redevelopment Authority, may, after negotiation and agreement with the State Treasurer, prepay all outstanding appropriations due in future years to the State Treasurer, discounted at an interest rate agreeable to the State Treasurer and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
