34:1B-7.44. Rules, regulations 8. The authority shall adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), any rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. In developing procedures and forms to be used in connection with the application for and approval of financial assistance pursuant to this act, the authority shall consider the special needs and problems of emerging technology and biotechnology companies in the State.
