34:1B-7.40. "New Jersey Emerging Technology and Biotechnology Financial Assistance Program" established 4. The authority shall establish a "New Jersey Emerging Technology and Biotechnology Financial Assistance Program" to stimulate increased financing to help fund the costs incurred by new or expanding emerging technology and biotechnology companies in the State.
