34:1B-7.17. Report to Governor, Legislature 8. The authority shall report six months after the effective date of this section, and annually thereafter not later than September 15, to the Governor and the Legislature concerning the financing of projects currently under consideration and projects undertaken with moneys in the Economic Recovery Fund during the preceding fiscal year. The initial report and each annual report required under this section shall include a description of each project funded by such loans, guarantees, grants or other forms of financing as may be made available under section 4 of this act and a detailed analysis of the consideration given in each project to the factors set forth in section 5 of this act.
