34:1B-7.15. Payments to Economic Recovery Fund 6. Commencing with fiscal year 1992, the State Treasurer shall in each fiscal year pay from the General Fund to the Economic Recovery Fund, in accordance with a contract between the treasurer and the authority, an amount equivalent to the amount due to be paid in that State fiscal year to the State by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey pursuant to the regional economic development agreement dated January 1, 1990 among the States of New York and New Jersey and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, provided that all such payments from the General Fund shall be subject to and dependent upon appropriations being made for such purposes by the Legislature.
