34:1B-69. Rules, regulations 8. The authority shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations governing the making of loans, extending of credit and the issuance of guarantees pursuant to this act. L.1993,c.197,s.8.
