34:1B-55. Bonds fully negotiable Any bond or other obligation issued by the authority pursuant to this act shall be fully negotiable, within the meaning and for the purposes of Title 12A of the New Jersey Statutes, and each holder of a bond or other obligation or any coupon appurtenant thereto, by accepting the bond or coupon, shall be conclusively deemed to have agreed that the bond, obligation or coupon is and shall be fully negotiable within the meaning and for the purposes of Title 12A.
