34:1A-18. Advisory Council on Disability Benefits in Division of Employment Security; powers There shall also be within the Division of Employment Security the Advisory Council on Disability Benefits, as established by and constituted under the Temporary Disability Benefits Law, except that, in keeping with the purposes and provisions of this act, the council shall aid, consult with and advise the Commissioner of Labor and Industry and the Director of the Division of Employment Security. The council shall have access to all files and records of the division relating to the administration of the Temporary Disability Benefits Law, and may require any officer or employee therein to provide such information as it may deem necessary in the performance of its functions.
