34:1A-11. Division of Workmen's Compensation; powers and duties All of the functions, powers and duties of the workmen's compensation bureau of the existing Department of Labor, and those exercised or performed by it or any of its officers or employees in the administration of the provisions of chapter fifteen of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes, and the acts amendatory and supplementary thereof, and all of the functions, powers and duties of the existing Department of Labor and of the Commissioner of Labor relating to or administered through such workmen's compensation bureau, and all of the functions, powers and duties of the director and secretary of such bureau, are hereby assigned to, and shall be exercised and performed through, the Division of Workmen's Compensation in the department.
