34:16-45 State policy relative to persons with disabilities. 1. It is the policy of the State to assist persons with disabilities and organizations established to aid persons with disabilities in the sale of goods or articles which are the product of the labor of persons with disabilities by providing a means of authenticating the source of such goods and articles and by preventing misrepresentation as to items offered for sale as the product of persons with disabilities.
